1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the jeetawin platform, including its website, mobile interface, casino games, sports betting services, promotional offers, payment facilities, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Services"). This Agreement is entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jeetawin ("Platform", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing the jeetawin website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you represent that you have read this Agreement in its entirety and that you agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and notices contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the jeetawin platform.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with jeetawin's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotional rules published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that promotion.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the jeetawin platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jeetawin does not permit individuals under 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any real-money games or betting activities.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when using the Services.
• You must not be a currently self-excluded player on the jeetawin platform or any platform operated by its affiliates.
• You must be of sound mind and acting of your own free will without being under undue influence.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of jeetawin or any of its affiliated or associated companies, nor a close family member of any such person.

jeetawin takes its age restriction obligations seriously. If you become aware that a minor has gained access to the platform using your account credentials, you must notify us immediately at support@jeetawin. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money games and betting services on jeetawin, you are required to create a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on jeetawin. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different email addresses, different payment methods, or different device identifiers — constitutes a breach of this Agreement. jeetawin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts without notice, forfeit any bonuses credited to those accounts, and cancel any pending withdrawals associated with them.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. jeetawin will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jeetawin support immediately at support@jeetawin. Upon receiving such a report, jeetawin will suspend the account pending investigation.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jeetawin is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests and at other points during the account lifecycle. The verification process ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to make deposits (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered under your name)

Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. jeetawin processes KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your jeetawin account at any time by contacting support at support@jeetawin. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing window. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jeetawin are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at jeetawin's discretion.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit amount, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your jeetawin account balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. jeetawin does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

You may only deposit funds using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment account belonging to another person — whether a family member, friend, or third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed KYC verification as described in Section 3.3.

jeetawin aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, volume of requests, and whether additional verification is required. jeetawin is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times after the withdrawal has been approved on the platform.

4.3 Currency & Exchange

All accounts on jeetawin operate in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in BDT. jeetawin does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion charges incurred by your bank or mobile payment provider in the course of a transaction are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

jeetawin offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this Section as well as any specific terms published alongside individual offers. In the event of a conflict between this Section and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register an account on jeetawin and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to each new player only once. The specific bonus percentage, minimum qualifying deposit, and wagering requirement applicable to the welcome bonus are published on the promotions page and may be updated periodically.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by jeetawin are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings generated from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the combined bonus and deposit amount) must be wagered in eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain after the validity period expires will be forfeited automatically.
• jeetawin reserves the right to set maximum bet limits that apply while a player has an active bonus balance. Bets exceeding the maximum limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jeetawin employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Conduct that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-variance betting strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, collusion between players to exchange bonus value, and exploitation of software errors or errors in promotional configurations.

5.4 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited in bonus money and are held in a separate balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• jeetawin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already issued and in play.
• Players are responsible for reading the full terms of each promotion before opting in.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the jeetawin platform you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with fair play, applicable law, and the rights of other users and the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, sports bet, or tournament.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, AI-assisted decision engine, or software that interacts with the platform without human input in real time.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured odds to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities through the platform.
• Placing bets on events or outcomes in which you hold inside information not available to the general public.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or jeetawin staff via any communication channel on the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to jeetawin's systems, servers, or databases.
• Misusing the jeetawin support service, including submitting false claims or chargebacks on legitimate transactions.

jeetawin reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and, where a violation is confirmed, to suspend or permanently close the relevant account, forfeit all balances, and report the conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jeetawin platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the jeetawin brand name and mark — is the exclusive intellectual property of jeetawin or its licensed content providers and game studios.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purpose of personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or transmit any content from the platform without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on jeetawin content.
• Use the jeetawin brand name, logo, or any associated trade marks in any context without express written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game code delivered through the platform.

Game content displayed on jeetawin is the intellectual property of the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and is governed by their respective licensing agreements. jeetawin displays such content under licence and does not claim ownership of third-party game IP.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, jeetawin's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

jeetawin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or whether jeetawin had been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Without limiting the above, jeetawin shall not be liable for:

• Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical interruptions that prevent access to games or the processing of transactions.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Losses or financial harm resulting from decisions made in connection with gambling on the platform — all real-money wagering is inherently at risk and jeetawin does not guarantee outcomes.
• Any loss arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or any other event outside jeetawin's reasonable control.
